Equipment Prices

Standard and Discount are the per-unit hire prices used to work out Equipment Fee. Changes apply immediately everywhere a price is used — the picker above, line subtotals, Equipment Fee, and every booking (including past ones, whose Equipment Fee is always shown at today's prices).
Other Services
Flat fees and rates for Set Up, Engineer, Delivery, and Collection — same idea as equipment pricing, but for these one-off services rather than per-item hire. "Delivery & Collection" set to Both on a booking charges Delivery + Collection combined.
